No worries! Sometimes clients are unsure of where to start, but it doesn’t take long to realize they have plenty of things to discuss.
It’s great if you come to your 1-1 session prepared to talk about something that has been bothering you, or something you want help with. To serve you the best, it will likely take the entirety of the session to work on one issue thoroughly. We will definitely maximize the time we have together, but don’t be frustrated if we spend the entire time on one issue. There is incredible power in doing that!
To ensure YGT emails get to your inbox and don’t get filtered, whitelist us in your email account (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, etc). It’s also helpful if you use a private email address since other organizations often have systems with filters that block emails. Lastly, if you still have problems, check your SPAM email settings. Sometimes providers have aggressive filtering mechanisms that consider even great content SPAM.
Yes! If you have paid for a group coaching session, you have access to the recorded playbacks for a limited time. Simply log in to your account, go to the calendar, find the date you missed, and click on the link.
